Rovers and Rangers are the senior wing of the Scout and Guide movement. They are young people between the ages of 17 and 25 who are committed to personal development and service to others. The Rovers & Rangers unit of this college works on the three basic principles i.e. (1) Duty to God, (2) Duty to others & Country, (3) Duty to self. The sole motto of the unit is – “Selfless Service to Others”. This unit plays a significant role in the college as:

• Ensures campus beautification in the college.
• Plant trees in the campus vicinity. 
• Organize activities in the college on various occasions.
• Raising awareness of important social issues such as poverty, illiteracy, and gender inequality.
• Providing leadership and support to other young people in their communities.
• Encouraging civic participation and engagement.

Dr. Surjeet Kumar is the Rovers Scout Leader and Prof. Rimpi Devi is the RangersGuideLeader of the unit. Wehave12 girls and 12 boys enrolledin the unit for session 2023-24.
