The following shall be entitled to use the college library and borrow books for home reading:

• Students shall be permitted to keep books for a period of two weeks.
• A fine of Rs. 1/- per day per book will be charges from the student for keeping books beyond the period of two weeks.
• A student can borrow only two books at a time.
• The faculty members can borrow four books at a time.
• Reference books will not be issued to anyone.
• Library books will be issued to a student only on the production of duly signed student’s identity-cum-Library Card.
• A student will be responsible for all the books issued to him or her on the card even if the card is lost.
• The loss of the Identity-cum-Library card should be immediately reported to the librarian. A duplicate one shall be issued on the payment of prescribed fee.
• Any borrower, who loses, defaces or in any way damages a library book, shall be liable to pay the current price of the book.
• A perfect order and silence shall be maintained in the library at all times.
