Code of Professional Ethics
The Code of Professional Ethics is a set of guidelines for the conduct of faculty, staff, and students of GDC Baroh. It is based on the principles of honesty, integrity, respect and responsibility. This Code of Professional Ethics is intended to provide guidance for the conduct of all members of the GDC Baroh. It is important to remember that we are all part of a team and our actions can have a significant impact on others. By following the principles of honesty, integrity, respect and responsibility, we can create a positive and productive learning environment for everyone. This Code of Professional Ethics will be enforced by the college administration. Any violations of the Code may result in disciplinary action as per rules.
Faculty and Staff
- Faculty and staff shall treat students with respect and dignity regardless of their race, religion, gender and socioeconomic status.
- Faculty and staff shall maintain high standards in their personal and professional life,
- Faculty and staff will strive to provide students with a quality education.
- Faculty and staff shall be fair and impartial in their dealings with students.

- Faculty and staff shall maintain confidentiality of student information.
- Faculty and staff shall uphold the academic integrity of the college.
Students
- Students shall respect their peers, faculty and staff.
- Students shall be honest and ethical in their academic work.
- Students shall be responsible for their own learning and attendance.
- Students shall contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Students shall obey the laws and regulations of the college and the community.
