Vision

A vision statement is an aspirational statement that describes organization’s long-term goal in future. The vision statement of the Government Degree College Baroh is hereunder:

• To be the beacon of knowledge and provide quality, affordable and accessible higher education to rural and marginalized students along with increase in the GER of students.
• To create a vibrant and inclusive learning environment that fosters critical thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills.
• To prepare students for careers in diverse fields, while also instilling in them a sense of social responsibility and commitment to community.
• To become a leading center of excellence for students of Changer area (rural) in the region by strengthening partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
• To add new courses such as B.Sc. (Medical) and skill-based courses such as BBA, BCA, and PGDCA etc.

 

Mission

A mission broadly describes an organization’s purpose and reason for being. The mission of our college is hereunder:

• To facilitate teaching-learning in tune with the Indian values system and the NEP, 2020.
• To modernize the institute with cutting edge state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology.
• To create awareness about the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources and environment protection.
• To ensure autonomy and accountability of all the stake holders of the institute viz., students, staff members and parents etc.
• To develop scientific temper and sensitivity towards social issues such as gender discrimination, regionalism, casteism etc.
• To improve the quality of teaching and learning by intervention of innovative teaching learning methodology.
• To inculcate life skills in our students for facing life boldly and confidently.
