It is indeed a great honor to be the Head of this prestigious co-educational institute of “Changer Area” and I look forward to work with you to retune this institute in parity with the fast-changing global demand.Our college is unique and special fetching to the needs of countryside rural students of Nagrota Bagwan Assembly in District Kangra of Himachal Pradesh, India. We offer equal excellent opportunities and resources to our students as being offered by any other mainstream academic institute in the State. We have dedicated and devoted well qualified faculty and staff members, who are committed to the student’s wellbeing and all-around development. We are presently offering three years UG programs in Arts, Science and Commerce streams.

I know that many of you are from challenging backgrounds, having hurdles at every step on your march towards success and cherished goals. But, we assure you with 100 percent surety that you are not alone and college administration including each and every member of our staff is always solidly behind you through your thick and thin time. I also want to encourage you to participate in co-curricular activities. These activities are a great way to meet new people, develop your life skills and have fun while learning. We have a wide range of activities to choose from, including National Service Scheme (NSS), Rangers & Rovers (R&R), sports, various clubs, societies and cells to nurture you into well-groomed mature and responsible personality. We believe in participative approach in our working and therefore at GDC Baroh, College Students Central Association (CSCA), Parents Teacher’s Association (PTA) and Alumni Association have always been involved in the college key decisions, thereby shouldering with college administration for institute’s phenomenal growth.

We have the firm belief that everyone has the right for quality education i.e., why our college is committed to provide quality education with traditional Indian values.
