Rules & Regulations

  • Admission to various classes will be made purely on merit basis and on the recommendation of the admission committee.
  • The student seeking admission will attach latest passport size photograph, Matric, 10+2, latest Character Certificate and SC/ST/OBC/Single girl child and other relevant documents.
  • The student will also submit a duly signed undertaking on Anti-Ragging and fulfillment of minimum lecture conditions for the purpose of CCA as per guidelines.
  • Before submitting the filled form, kindly check the details thoroughly. Discrepancy, if found later, will result in the rejection of admission.
  • Admission of a student is liable to be cancelled if she/he furnishes incomplete/wrong/false information or if facts are concealed.
  • The girl students must produce H.P. Bonafide certificate in original to avail concession in tuition fee.
  • A relaxation in fee will be provided to those students who belong to IRDP/BPL families.
  • The PTA fee of those students will be relaxed whose brothers or sisters (only in blood relation) are presently studying in this College and have already paid the PTA fee.
  • A gap of one year or more in the academic career of an applicant must be supported by documentary evidence/ declaration as the proof of his/her activities during the period of gap.
  • Applicant must produce all original certificates/documents for verification at the time of admission.
  • The candidates who have been placed under compartment in the 10+2 examination will not be admitted to the college.
  • Applicants coming from Boards/ Universities other than the H.P. Board of School Education/H.P. University must submit migration certificate in original.
  • Only those students who have passed in all subjects in 10+2 from the National Open School (Delhi) shall be admitted to B.A. /B. Com. I subject to the minimum eligibility conditions stated above.
  • Handicapped applicants seeking fee concession must furnish their status certificate from the Medical Board having disability greater than 40%.
  • Admission is also open to an applicant who has any degree from foreign University /Board /College which is recognized by Association of Indian Universities/ or the H.P. University.
  • The college reserves the right to grant admission subject to the number of seats available and reservation as per University rules/roster.
  • The Principal can refuse admission if the conduct of the student has not been up to the mark during the previous year.
  • All the admissions will be provisional subject to approval by the H.P. University.
  • The inter college migration of the student will be as per the guidelines laid down by the H.P. University.
  • The admission of 2nd Year and 3rd Year students will be on roll-on basis.
  • Provisional admission will be regularized only on declaration of the result of previous class.
  • Those who will be failed in more than two papers in the Annual Examination will be reverted back to their previous class and their fee deposited earlier will be adjusted accordingly.
  • The Principal reserves the right to disallow or cancel any admission.
