TheWomen’s Grievance Redressal-cum-Internal Complaints Cell (ICC) of Government Degree College Baroh is a cell established under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, to address complaints of sexual harassment against women employees and students of the college. Presently Prof. Sunita Kumari is the incharge of this cell.

Objectives of the Internal Complaints Committee:

• To provide a safe and supportive environment for women employees and students to report incidents of sexual harassment.
• To conduct impartial and fair investigations into complaints of sexual harassment.
• To take appropriate disciplinary action against individuals found guilty of sexual harassment.
• To promote awareness and prevention of sexual harassment within the college community.
